2. What data we collect

When you subscribe, we collect only:

• Email address
• A minimal unsubscribe token associated with your subscription (used only to process unsubscribe requests)
• Optional referral code information (if you arrived via a referral link)

We do not request your name, address, phone number, or sensitive personal data.

3. Purpose

Your email address is used exclusively to send rare, non-regular project messages related to Genesis Portrait (fragments, presence notifications, and signals).

We do not use your email for advertising, mass marketing, automated profiling, or resale.

4. Legal basis

Consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

5. Storage & security

We store subscription data in access-restricted server-side files. We apply minimal technical measures to reduce abuse and protect the system (for example, rate limiting and server-side validation).

Note: Like most web services, basic server logs may temporarily record technical information (e.g., timestamps and IP address) for security and operational purposes.

6. Retention

We keep your email address while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we record your unsubscribe status to ensure we stop sending messages.

If you request deletion via the contact email above, we will delete your email address from our subscription records within a reasonable time.

7. Unsubscribe

Every email includes an unsubscribe option. Unsubscription is immediate and does not require explanation.
